Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to legal residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
• Employees of Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period:

• The promotional period runs from 12:00am on Wednesday 1 July 2026 until 11:59pm on Monday 31 August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter:

• To enter, individuals must book and complete a free, no-obligation property appraisal for a property located in the Hawke’s Bay region through Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited during the Promotion Period.
• Eligible property types include residential, lifestyle, rural, commercial lease, sales and business listings.
• Appraisals must be completed by a licensed salesperson from Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited.
• Only one entry per unique property address is permitted. An additional entry will be awarded if the property is listed for sale or lease with Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited during the Promotion Period.
• All appraisals booked during the Promotion Period are eligible, even if the appraisal takes place after the Promotion Period, provided it is completed within 14 days of the Promotion Period end date.
• Any appraisals completed through Bayleys offices other than Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited (Hawke’s Bay) are not eligible.

Prize Details:

• One prize will be awarded: a House of Travel Hastings travel voucher to the value of $7,000 NZD.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable.
• The voucher is valid until 30 September 2027.
• The prize must be redeemed through House of Travel Hastings, ASB Building, 117 Market Street North, Hastings 4122, or by phone on 06 878 8858.
• Travel dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply from 24 December 2026 to 5 January 2027 and during all New Zealand school holiday periods in 2026 and 2027, including outbound travel dates from 1–11 July 2026 and 22 September–3 October 2026. Availability of flights and accommodation is subject to supplier availability.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 14 September 2026.
• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email no later than Friday 18 September 2026, using the contact details provided at the time of appraisal.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within five business days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Verification and Disqualification:

• Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, eligibility and property ownership before awarding the prize.
• Any entries found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Privacy:

• Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be collected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive communications from Bayleys Hawke’s Bay. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to administer the promotion or as required by law.

Publicity Consent:

• By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and general property location for campaign promotion, without further compensation.

Liability:

• Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize, except where required by law. Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited is not responsible for any issues relating to the redemption or use of the travel voucher.

Ownership and Scope:

• This promotion is run solely by Bayleys Eastern Realty Limited and is not part of any nationwide Bayleys campaign. All campaign materials have been produced specifically for this promotion.
