Grant joined the Bayleys team in 2021 after spending more than 20 years working for several global organisations, both domestically and internationally. Over the past five years, he has built a strong track record in commercial sales and leasing, delivering successful outcomes across a range of industrial and office transactions.

Returning to New Zealand in 2013 with a young family, Grant has relished the opportunity to apply his corporate experience within the dynamic Bayleys commercial team environment.

Client-focused and results-driven, Grant works tirelessly to achieve positive, win/win outcomes for landlords and vendors alike. Whether handling leasing assignments or investment sales, his background in business and marketing ensures each property is supported by a well-considered, targeted campaign strategy.

Grant also brings hands-on experience from several property projects across residential, commercial, and development sectors, providing practical insight and a well-rounded perspective for his clients.

Outside of work, Grant and his wife are regularly found supporting their two sons in football and golf, and he maintains a keen passion for motorsport.
