List: List with your selected Bayleys salesperson or property manager and provide your Airpoints details.
Sell: Sell (or manage) your property with your selected Bayleys salesperson or property manager and earn up to 500* Airpoints Dollars to put towards your next reward (residential property management Airpoints Dollars are limited to 200 for those who manage their property through Bayleys Property Management).
Spend: Use your Airpoints Dollars on a reward of your choice. Learn about all the ways you can spend them at airpoints.co.nz.

How many Airpoints Dollars can I earn?
Earning Airpoints Dollars when you sell a residential property:
Airpoints members can earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for every $2,000 of the sale price of your property (capped at 500 Airpoints Dollars per sale).*
Earning Airpoints Dollars when you manage your residential property through Bayleys Property Management:
Airpoints members can earn 200 Airpoints Dollars for residential property management agreements signed up for 12 months or more, with a minimum weekly rent of $500 at participating Bayleys Property Management branches. Standard management fees of 8.5% apply.
How long does it take to get my Airpoints Dollars added to my Airpoints account?
Airpoints Dollars are awarded after the settlement date and should appear in your account within 45 days.
What can I spend Airpoints Dollars on?
You can use your Airpoints Dollars in so many ways, like on flights to explore somewhere new, upgrades to travel in extra comfort, rental cars, Koru membership, or maybe on treats from the Airpoints™ Store, the only hard part is deciding what to spend them on. Which Bayleys offices are participating?
All Bayleys offices have the ability to offer Airpoints to their vendors and the decision to offer Airpoints is at the discretion of the agent and office.
Can I earn Airpoints Dollars on my personal account if the property is owned by my business?
Yes you are able to earn Airpoints Dollars to your personal account(s) even if the property is owned by a business entity.

The decision to offer Airpoints is at the discretion of the Bayleys salesperson, property manager, broker and office. Airpoints Dollars are capped at 500 Airpoints Dollars (for residential property sales), 200 Airpoints Dollars (for residential property management agreements). Only available on standard commission rates and with full vendor-funded marketing investment (VMI). Must be a sole agency. Cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or promotions. Airpoints Dollar requests will be submitted to Air New Zealand after the settlement of sale or the signed management agreement. Any residential property management agreements that issued Airpoints Dollars and are terminated within 6 months will be invoiced $200 to cover the cost of the Airpoints Dollars.
