Terms & Conditions:

The competition is open until 12pm, 12th April 2025 and open to three age categories: 0-5 years old, 6-9 years old and 10-14 years old. There will be one winner from each age bracket. The three lucky winners will be announced by 12pm, 14th April 2025 on the Bayleys Hawke’s Bay Facebook and Instagram page on and will be contacted via phone number provided.

1. When you enter into the promotion you accept these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules.
2. Multiple entries are not acceptable.
3. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. There will be three prizes awarded in total, one prize within each age category for this competition; <5 years, 6 – 9 years, 10 – 14 years.
5. Dates:
   • Entries open on Friday 14 March 2025 and close at 12pm on Saturday 12 April 2025.
   • Winners will be selected by Monday 14 April 2025.
6. By participating, and accepting a prize the winners and their guardians, agree that Bayleys Hawke’s Bay has permission to use the submitted winning entries (not including children’s names) for promotion of this and other related contests and the winning entrants and their guardians waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration including any moral right for such use.
7. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning.
8. We will do our best to notify the winners of time remaining – it is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
9. In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any claims to the prize, which can then be awarded to a runner-up at our discretion.
10. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person’s behalf.
11. Winners will be contacted by phone, email or applicable social media. If we are unable to contact the winner (using contact details provided on the entry form) after trying several times over a 7 day period, Bayleys Hawke’s Bay may pick another winner.
